西門子伺服電機編碼器故障報警分析:
*。電機上電,機械振蕩(加/減速時)
引發此類故障的常見原因有:①脈沖編碼器出現故障。此時應檢查伺服系統是否穩定,電路板維修檢測電流是否穩定,同時,速度檢測單元反饋線端子上的電壓是否在某幾點電壓下降,如有下降表明脈沖編碼器不良,更換編碼器;②脈沖編碼器十字聯軸節可能損壞,導致軸轉速與檢測到的速度不同步,更換聯軸節;③測速發電機出現故障。修復,更換測速機。維修實踐中,測速機電刷磨損、卡阻故障較多,此時應拆下測速機的電刷,用綱砂紙打磨幾下,同時清掃換向器的污垢,再重新裝好。
第二.電機上電,機械運動異常快速(飛車)
出現這種伺服整機系統故障,應在檢查位置控制單元和速度控制單元的同時,還應檢查:①脈沖編碼器接線是否錯誤;②脈沖編碼器聯軸節是否損壞;③檢查測速發電機端子是否接反和勵磁信號線是否接錯。一般這類現象應由專業的電路板維修技術人員處理,否則可能會造成更嚴重的后果。
第三.主軸不能定向移動或定向移動不到位
出現這種伺服整機系統故障,應在檢查定向控制電路的設置調整、檢查定向板、主軸控制印刷電路板調整的同時,還應檢查位置檢測器(編碼器)的輸出波形是否正常來判斷編碼器的好壞(應注意在設備正常時測錄編碼器的正常輸出波形,以便故障時查對)。
第四.坐標軸進給時振動
應檢查電機線圈、機械進給絲杠同電機的連接、伺服系統、脈沖編碼器、聯軸節、測速機。
第五.出現NC錯誤報警
NC報警中因程序錯誤,操作錯誤引起的報警。如FANUC6ME系統的Nc出現090.091報警,原因可能是:①主電路故障和進給速度太低引起;②脈沖編碼器不良;③脈沖編碼器電源電壓太低(此時調整電源15V電壓,使主電路板的+5V端子上的電壓值在4.95-5.10V內);④沒有輸人脈沖編碼器的一轉信號而不能正常執行參考點返回。
第六。伺服系統報警
伺(si)服(fu)系(xi)統(tong)故障(zhang)時常出(chu)現如下(xia)的(de)報(bao)警號(hao)(hao),如FANUC6ME系(xi)統(tong)的(de)416、426、436、446、456伺(si)服(fu)報(bao)警;STEMENS880系(xi)統(tong)的(de)1364伺(si)服(fu)報(bao)警;STEEMENS8系(xi)統(tong)的(de)114、104等伺(si)服(fu)報(bao)警,此時應檢查:①軸脈沖編(bian)碼器反饋信號(hao)(hao)斷線、短路和信號(hao)(hao)丟失(shi),用示渡器測A、B相一轉信號(hao)(hao),看其是否正(zheng)常;②編(bian)碼器內部故障(zhang),造成(cheng)信號(hao)(hao)無(wu)法(fa)正(zheng)確接收(shou),檢查其受(shou)到污染、太臟、變形等。
