維修(xiu)起來可就沒(mei)那(nei)么順(shun)利了。先是(shi)維修(xiu)開關電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)源,主(zhu)要元件無一(yi)幸(xing)免,通(tong)(tong)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)試機后發(fa)(fa)(fa)現(xian)檢測比較器(qi)(qi)全(quan)部(bu)冒(mao)煙,更(geng)換后測量+24V,+15V,-15V,+5V均已(yi)修(xiu)復(fu),接(jie)主(zhu)板(ban)后顯示(shi)屏不亮,面板(ban)指示(shi)燈長亮,測量主(zhu)板(ban)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)壓正(zheng)常,CPU嚴重(zhong)發(fa)(fa)(fa)熱(re),只(zhi)好更(geng)換主(zhu)板(ban)。更(geng)換主(zhu)板(ban)后接(jie)通(tong)(tong)220V工作電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)源,顯示(shi)CALIBRATION FAIL校準失敗,然后約半分鐘后觸發(fa)(fa)(fa)板(ban)100歐電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)阻(zu)(zu)冒(mao)煙,正(zheng)常情況下直流(liu)調速器(qi)(qi)這(zhe)個(ge)(ge)(ge)時候應該(gai)要顯示(shi)正(zheng)常,不發(fa)(fa)(fa)熱(re)不報警的, 清理(li)線路(lu)(lu)后結果如下,主(zhu)板(ban)觸發(fa)(fa)(fa)芯(xin)片2003輸出(chu)導通(tong)(tong)信號,經(jing)過(guo)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)源板(ban)的十二顆標(biao)記(ji)053的三極管(NPN,基極觸發(fa)(fa)(fa)后將集(ji)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)極對地(di),集(ji)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)極接(jie)的是(shi)脈沖變(bian)壓器(qi)(qi)的一(yi)個(ge)(ge)(ge)引腳(jiao)(jiao),另一(yi)個(ge)(ge)(ge)引腳(jiao)(jiao)通(tong)(tong)過(guo)100歐電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)阻(zu)(zu)接(jie)通(tong)(tong)24伏),放大(da)導通(tong)(tong)脈沖變(bian)壓器(qi)(qi),跟(gen)功放輸出(chu)繼電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)器(qi)(qi)一(yi)個(ge)(ge)(ge)控(kong)制方式。可逆(ni)式電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)源板(ban)插座(zuo)排列:兩端共8個(ge)(ge)(ge)引腳(jiao)(jiao)是(shi)+24V,中間兩排共12個(ge)(ge)(ge)引腳(jiao)(jiao)為(wei)觸發(fa)(fa)(fa)脈沖,不可逆(ni)小插座(zuo):右側4個(ge)(ge)(ge)引腳(jiao)(jiao)為(wei)+24V,左側6個(ge)(ge)(ge)引腳(jiao)(jiao)為(wei)脈沖。發(fa)(fa)(fa)熱(re)冒(mao)煙的原因是(shi)其(qi)中一(yi)跟(gen)三極管短路(lu)(lu),相當開脈沖變(bian)壓器(qi)(qi)初級(ji)得到(dao)了24V直流(liu)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)壓,所以限流(liu)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)阻(zu)(zu)會過(guo)熱(re)冒(mao)煙。
將(jiang)三(san)極(ji)管更換后試(shi)機(ji),顯示(shi)器報(bao)警ACCTS 故(gu)障(zhang)(zhang)(ACCTS FAILED),故(gu)障(zhang)(zhang)報(bao)警意思為(wei)電流(liu)傳感(gan)器異常,但(dan)是此時三(san)個(ge)電流(liu)傳感(gan)器都已經接好,線(xian)(xian)路也沒(mei)有(you)開路,三(san)個(ge)電流(liu)傳感(gan)器有(you)三(san)個(ge)引(yin)腳相連,另外(wai)三(san)個(ge)引(yin)腳送到藍色主板插頭(tou)旁(pang)邊的(de)六只二(er)極(ji)管形(xing)(xing)成三(san)相橋式整流(liu),通過LM324比較檢(jian)測。更換LM324后ACCTS FAILED故(gu)障(zhang)(zhang)消(xiao)失。開關變壓(ya)器上邊三(san)個(ge)指示(shi)燈(deng):FLD HS OT ,ARM HS OT ,PHASE LOSS,分(fen)(fen)別是勵(li)磁(ci)超溫,電樞超溫,三(san)相電平低報(bao)警。當兩(liang)(liang)個(ge)溫度燈(deng)異常點亮(liang)時測試(shi)方法:溫度線(xian)(xian)插頭(tou)外(wai)的(de)兩(liang)(liang)顆圓形(xing)(xing)貼片(pian)電阻100歐兩(liang)(liang)端(duan)分(fen)(fen)別對地,1001(1K)方形(xing)(xing)貼片(pian)電阻為(wei)檢(jian)測腳,此時如果兩(liang)(liang)個(ge)溫度燈(deng)還異常亮(liang)起,說明(ming)檢(jian)測電路壞了(le)。
