2.西(xi)門(men)子828D數控系統黑(hei)屏也可能是(shi)顯示(shi)屏部分出了故障。先檢查高(gao)壓(ya)條是(shi)否工作(zuo),查看燈管是(shi)否燒黑(hei)。 這個都可以通過更換高(gao)壓(ya)條和(he)燈管進行排除確認(ren)。

二(er)、氬弧焊機產生(sheng)的干擾源(yuan)
氬(ya)弧(hu)(hu)焊(han)機(ji)(ji)采用高(gao)(gao)頻引弧(hu)(hu)。在引弧(hu)(hu)過程中,在鎢電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)極(ji)的(de)端部與焊(han)接表面之(zhi)間保(bao)持(chi)一(yi)(yi)定的(de)小間隙(xi)(xi),然后接通高(gao)(gao)頻振(zhen)蕩器脈沖引弧(hu)(hu)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)路,使(shi)間隙(xi)(xi)擊(ji)穿(chuan)放電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian),引燃電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)弧(hu)(hu),產(chan)生高(gao)(gao)壓(ya)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)擊(ji)穿(chuan)。其次是大(da)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)流(liu)傳導和(he)穩定電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)弧(hu)(hu)。當(dang)鎢極(ji)氬(ya)弧(hu)(hu)焊(han)機(ji)(ji)采用高(gao)(gao)頻引弧(hu)(hu)時(shi),由于焊(han)機(ji)(ji)采用幾(ji)十萬Hz的(de)頻率(lv)和(he)幾(ji)千(qian)伏的(de)高(gao)(gao)頻高(gao)(gao)壓(ya)穿(chuan)透氣隙(xi)(xi),高(gao)(gao)頻引弧(hu)(hu)強。我是一(yi)(yi)個圓弧(hu)(hu)。諧(xie)(xie)波(bo)(bo)干(gan)擾源(yuan)。弧(hu)(hu)焊(han)逆變電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)源(yuan)本質上是一(yi)(yi)種(zhong)用于電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)網(wang)的(de)大(da)整流(liu)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)源(yuan)。由于電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)力電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)子元(yuan)件在換向過程中產(chan)生非常(chang)陡峭的(de)脈沖,因(yin)此會產(chan)生嚴重(zhong)的(de)諧(xie)(xie)波(bo)(bo)干(gan)擾。逆變器的(de)輸(shu)入電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)流(liu)是一(yi)(yi)個銳角波(bo)(bo),這使(shi)得電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)網(wang)包含很多高(gao)(gao)次諧(xie)(xie)波(bo)(bo)。電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)諧(xie)(xie)波(bo)(bo)與電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)流(liu)諧(xie)(xie)波(bo)(bo)之(zhi)間存在嚴重(zhong)的(de)相移,導致焊(han)機(ji)(ji)的(de)功率(lv)因(yin)數非常(chang)低。
三、處理干擾的措施
